  • Old Midleton Distillery

      per   Alex

Cork is well known for its alcholhic refreshments. And the pubs are not the only place to head in the city. I visited the Old Midleton Distillery which is located some 30 minutes outside of Cork. Head here for some great whiskey tasting which includes a complimentary glass of Jamesons. Then move onto the nearby Malt House Restaurant nearby which serves up delicious Irish stew which is also the ultimate winter warmer. See www.whiskeytours.ie for further info
