  This hotel is absolutely not a 4* hotel, even 3* is high. The total situation is a hotel with a lot of overdue maintenance. All facilities were old-fashioned Cleanliness depends on your tip The Q of the food is oke, but there is most of the time not enough. The first has most variety, the last has empty plates The drinks are not original, mixes with too much ice, water is not fresh Staff charges for everything for there own pocket. For Example: you change money and they keep 2 till 4 for themselfs Not value for the money

  Hotel très agreable,avec une bonne propreté,les chambres sont spacieuses et comfortables mais manquent de raffraichissement,peinture,etc.la nourriture est bonne et variée.le groupe de musiciens est superbe.la plage est magnifique et propre.

  La piscine de l'hotel est très sale!!!!il manque d'entretien et les carreaux sont sales et il en manquent quelques uns.le personnel est sympa mais peu sourriant.manque d'animations pdt la journée.

  Il personale dell'hotel è sempre molto attento e disponibile, gli animatori sempre presenti. Sicuramente per il rapporto qualità prezzo è consigliabile a giovani che vogliono fare una vacanza a Cuba e spendere poco.

  L'hotel richiederebbe sia una manutenzione che una pulizia più accurata.
