Great location from airport and right next to the train station so perfect for Florence (a must see) the breakfast was pretty good but not a standard English fry up so don't expect that. also they could benefit from a second coffee machine to avoid queues at busy times

the only negative I can say is the sprung loaded room doors are very loud on closing, so if you are expecting a lie in you need ear plugs and the rooms could benefit from tea/coffee facilities, but only minor negatives for me.

Good bed and great location opposite the train station and bus depot. Room small but did the job. I would stay here again as a base.

The air-conditioning is not up to the job, which when it is 33C outside, is a problem. If you turn it to its lowest setting - 16C - you stand a chance of being comfortable; at a guess the room temperature will get down to around 21C. Lobby is nice and cool though.

Very helpful friendly staff, nice rooms and modern facilities. Not luxury but very comfortable. Location was ideal for us as directly across from the station which made getting across for the Florence train hassle free, also with taxi rank across the road for airport run home. Pisa is so small you can stay this close to practical amenities like that and still be just a few minutes walk (safe and well lit) until you're in the main tourist popular streets. Ideal base for a Pisa/ Florence combo

We used Pisa as a base so stayed two nights with a couple of days apart - not a negative really but the second night our room was a bit older and not as fresh decor wise as the first. Still very clean but dated. Worth knowing there is variance.

Justo enfrente de la estación de tren y muy cerca de las calles más comerciles. Se puede ir andando a la Torre de Pisa pero cuesta entre 15 y 20 minutos. La habitación es muy amplia

Les falta mantenimiento a la habitación y el baño. (alguna mancha de humedad, aire acondicionado que gotea mucho...)

Friendly staff, very good location near the station. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

Room was very old, noisy and desperately up for renovation. A pity that staff confirmed to us that we were booked in a renovated room while we clearly were in a very old one. We could hear the tv and conversations from our neighbours very well and the airco/fan made the sound of birds. This room was definitinely not value for money.

Personal muy agradable y atento. Teníamos un vuelo a las 6,30 de la mañana y ponen a disposición de los clientes un minidesayuno para las salidas con anterioridad a la apertura del desayuno.

Las fotos de la habitación standard no corresponden con la realidad. Habitación muy vieja, de los años 80 con cortinas de flores y baño con azulejos rotos y bañera gris por el uso. Suerte que nos quejamos y tras mucha discusión nos dieron una habitación superior. Luego en la habitación superior había mucho ruido por el aire acondicionado del pasillo.

El hotel esta muy cerca de la estacion de trenes de Pisa ademas, a pocos minutos de la plaza Vittorio Emanuele II. La habitacion es amplia y está muy limpia. El dsayuno muy completo.

Está en la misma plaza de la estación de trenes, lo que es útil para viajar a otras ciudades y para ir al aeropuerto (bus casi en la puerta). El desayuno bueno y variado, con fruta fresca.

El baño de la habitación de azulejos muy antiguos, la bañera estaba completamente atascada y el wifi no llegaba a la habitación. Por la ubicación, cerca de la estación, los alrededores no son lo más agradable por la noche, da cierta sensación de inseguridad.

conveniently located if you are travelling by train, just opposite Pisa Centrale station. Nice hotel, fridge in room. staff very friendly.Would stay there again. Very happy.

Breakfast is a bit of a nightmare but this is due to Covid restrictions. Am sure next year when things are back to normal, it will not be a problem. All in all, not a big deal though.
