  Having spènt one week in the hotel we found the hotel and staff homely and friendly.The staff were most friendly Helpful and friendly.The hotel is beginning to show a few signs of age but still managed to provide a good service.The provision of a kettle and availibilty to make tea and coffee beverages would be of great help.Other than that the room was more than adequate.However permanent air con would be a boon.I would certainly consider returning next year. Pool area and pool very good.

  The room was very big and clean.

  The stuff was unprofessional, the food was really horrible and there was no air conditioning inside the room. Our room was at the last floor so it was vey hot... Very noisy hotel, we had trouble with sleeping at night because of the noise. The swimming pool for the kids was very dirty. Everything looked like it was about to fall apart in this hotel. We had paid more money than it's worth. Fortunately we didn't get sick from the food. They serve almost the same every day. I am pretty sure it's what is left from the previous day. Nothing was fresh. They don't give water to the guests. I had asked for a glass of water and the waiter took a glass, put his fingers inside it in front of me and then gave it to me! It was disgusting! Generally, I can't find any reason for someone to book this hotel. It was awful. The location was awful too. Buggiba is not pretty at all.

  Świetna lokalizacja, pomocna obsługa. Pokój czysty, przestronny z dużym balkonem. Wygodne i duże łóżko. W pokoju nie działał telewizor, wiatrak sufitowy po próbie uruchomienia prawie odleciał, meble wysłużone, drzwi wejściowe oraz od łazienki "szurały po ziemi", nam to nie przeszkadzało, bo praktycznie cały czas byliśmy po za "domem". Darcie gęby przez pijanych Anglików w barze po drugiej stronie ulicy do 3 w nocy nam specjalnie nie przeszkadzało, bo dwa razy sami się z nimi darliśmy. Ogólnie hotel oceniam na 4 w skali do 10. Jedna najważniejsza rzecz: Zero ruskich!!!

  Słabej jakości jedzenie i napoje na śniadaniu, pokoje głośne, wszystko słychać z korytarza i ulicy, wnętrzom przydałoby się odświeżenie
